Rename TAGL####.MSG to an unused BULLET#.MSG, for a colorized bulletin.
Example: Copy TAGL0193.MSG C:\BBS\AFILES\BULLET2.*
TAG will strip the Colors for users with Color turned off, so you need
only BULLET2.MSG for B&W and Color, instead of both .MSG and .CLR files.
You can download (using ZModem, or YModem-g) the latest version, and/or upload
(using Zmodem only) your addition/update, by calling 517-569-2332. BBS logon
_not_ required. Anyone, with a Front-End Mailer setup, can also FileRequest it
from 1:2330/4@Fido, 85:871/500@ITC, or 42:1066/0@Candy - MagicName: TAGLIST.
2400 to 14400 V.32bis & 9600 CSP, 23hrs (4am-5am EST = Mail only), 7 days

If only 1 BPS rate is given, there is no minimum BPS rate;
if a range is stated, the lowest number = the slowest speed allowed.
BPS rate is the Modem-to-Modem (DCE) speed; not the Modem-to-Port (DTE) speed.
